Opening and closing the utility

Print Utility

To open and close the utility, use one of the following methods.

To open the utility

• On the Spool Window menu bar, select Tools | Print Utility.

• From the taskbar, click Start | Programs | Barr Enterprise Print Server | BARR SPOOL | Print Utility.

To close the utility

• Click the Close button ( ) on the title bar.

• Click OK to close and save changes.

• Click Cancel to close without saving changes.
